Friends for Friends is a home health care service registry committed to providing cost-effective personal assistance throughout Connecticut. The owner, Carl Montgomery, and his staff have decades of combined experience, including administrative and hands-on care in the health care field. Carl began his pledge to lend a helping hand after caring for his own family members in their homes.

Friends for Friends caregivers are made up primarily of friends, family members and workers we have known for years. The relationships that have been built with these caregivers allow us to truly call them friends. This assures that we can assist the client in choosing the person to “custom fit” their personal needs.
Friends for Friends offers a variety of staff capabilities and work periods. Our staff has experience caring for patients with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, strokes and other chronic illnesses. We are also happy to offer care to patients in the hospital or nursing home when extra support is needed. Our clients’ requests are met with individual care available from two to twenty-four hours per day, coordinated to suit their specific needs.
Friends for Friends is a registry whose caregivers work as independent contractors and are paid separately from the agency. This assists us in keeping the cost to the client to an absolute minimum. The nominal agency fee covers the administrative expenses that assist in providing you with the appropriate assistance precisely when you need it.
